Prescribe Genomics Co. (PG Co.) was established in October 2003.
I am a research scientist in the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences, Japan for molecular genetics of beef cattle, pigs and poultry.
The Japanese government has permitted me to work as a researcher in the National Institute and as the head of PG Co. to commercialize se the distinguished findings of my country for enhancing animal production.
I have been working primarily in the research areas of fat metabolism and hormone effects in beef cattle and also, when I was a young researcher, feeding strategies for fattening beef cattle.
I am please to be able to offer the Australian Wagyu producers new genetic diagnostic tools, which will facilitate the production of good quality beef.
